“Das Hotel liegt sehr schön. Man hat eine wunderschöne mediterrane Aussicht. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war großzügig, komfortabel und schön ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Im Frühstücksbereich fanden wir es etwas umständlich, an den Platz geführt zu werden. Ebenfalls nervtötend war die Kaffeebestellung. Hier hat der Service nicht immer reibungslos funktioniert. “När vi anlände till rummet fanns det myror där. Personalen tog bort det dag 1 men andra dagen var myrorna tillbaka. Vi tjatade på receptionen att de skulle fixa det eller låta oss byta rum och de lovade att fixa, men gjorde det inte. Vi fick inte byta rum, ingen kompensation, ingen uppföljning om vår trivsel.
